This has got to be a mistake. These do drop Unrefined Diamond/Emerald/Sapphire but I would VERY seriously doubt Faceted as this is what you wish to create with the unrefined version to imbune your royal velium armor (most likely for your 8th shawl, or to engrave and give to some worthy soul).
BTW if you plan on hunting these for your shawl I seriously suggest taking a group with you and making sure someone can snare. The genoids in WL are generaly spaced within agro radius of one or more genoids. If you have to move any significant distance you will agro 3 or more. While they may not hit very hard, they have a significant amount of hit points. They are solo-able but with great difficulty and having to choose one of the very few that are placed outside of the other genoids agro radius.
