Exact spawn time is 8 mins for the death of the Orc Pawn PH. Just leave the body on the ground and that can be used as your timer~
Very easy but time consuming, just took me 4 hours...

I was there when she was being camped and they had been there for 3 hours with no luck. I logged and came back when i logged a ork pawn walked by I killed it and let it lay on ground and within 2 min of it expireing she poped yea got the ring and she spawns on the flat spot on the hill right where the pawn was
