Mr. Fizzle is on named spawn cycle with the Ancient Jarsath and Red Eye Jack. He tends to get ganked by the guards in FV fairly quickly after he spawns.

I saw this guy a long time ago - and he was a DUCK, swimming in the water. I was sitting on the dock, just fishing, and trying not to spill my beer - when he appeared. Just swam around, went under the dock and then poofed.

tonight this guy appears to me when he pops
that was near the entrance zone of DL in he tunnels... and another guy kill him in a fight.
He conned light blue to me (i'm 42)
just before, I hail him and he just some words but don't open a quest (i'm dub to him)...
nothing more... hope to find him an other time

He came running out of Drolvarg temple and conned indif, blue to level 36. Killed him and he dropped nothing... a few minutes later some named pirate guy pops up and he dropped a no drop rapier and some gem. hmmmm.

Killed him easly as a 50 pal he does heal himself though, droped 2pp
My friend (35 druid at the time) was banking in FV when this fella popped.. he was dark blue to 35.. so level varies... his purpose.. unknown

Killed him today. No drop, just some plat. Still responded with "Yeah, Yeah, hail this bub!" when hailed.
Spotted this guy in town today. Big troll. He was attacking pilgrims, so I jumped in and helped them finish him off. Didn't see him cast, but I didn't come in until the very end of the fight. They got credit for the kill so no corpse with loot. Also no faction message.
It was snowing in Firona Vie that day, so I'm wondering if the two are connected. Anyone know anything about this guy?

OK, more info. I ran into him about 3 times in the span of an hour. He is a caster. Tried Envenomed Breath and Tagar's Insects on me, so I'm assuming he is a shaman. Also hasted himself.
He conned dark blue to me at 38, didn't seem too tough, but I could never get the kill. The pilgrims, scouts and guards in the area all attack him on sight so know idea what, if anything, he drops.
Every time I saw him he was running towards or near the bank. I tried to hail him and he responded with "Yeah, yeah, hail this bub!" Funny, but I still know nothing about his purpose.
Oh, and this was on the Bristlebane server
