This is the result of turning the 4 bracers in to Edwardian Holyblade in north freeport. human/half elver only, it is no drop/lore/magic

turn in 4 bracers in nfp to paladin in 2nd floor of hall of truth
only one of them will take them
put all 4 in trade at one time
u get a 1hs sword pally only
human / half elf i believe
