they didnt die thay just dug to the middle or luclin, thay will soon appear invading sanctus seru

me and my brother always take him down with a 70 cleric 66 war 12k hp 65 shammy 6kmana and ranger olmoast 9k hp we mostely elemental time geared and hes really easy we are Dcing cleric and tank
max hit 650 permarooted so can slow whenever u want flurrys allot has around 200k hp but thats gone within 10mins :P spanws every 7 days

Either you're posting on the wrong mob or this is a very poor lie. This mob was nerfed before OoW came out so there is no way you could have dealt with him with a level 70 toon.

thsi mob was either taken away or replaced with Evolved Burrower -the loot is identical to EB

Can this mob be tracked by a ranger from the zone in as well as the other RAID mobs?

been checking the spawn on this mob for a week now and it seems to be stuck in a stage of mutated crysilis. only thing i could find on this thread is the old spawns of hatchling>crawler>ect. and was wondering if anyone knew the new spawns and timers on it?

the shaman disease slow works for the Evolved Burrower ; 40% is still good to take when you fight a flurrying mob.
Careful , it takes a few attempts to stick even after debuffs . thanks perma-root :)
EDIt : ok , killed it yesterday , I confirm the drops are still the same than the Restless . Be aware though , he seems to have more HP than the Restless , making it harder .

Since AC revamp this whole cycle has been changed... the mob that is equivalent to RB is called an Evolved Burrower and he is a shiknar instead of a worm. I am not sure of the spawn of the cycle i only know that it will be up a lot more bcuz it doesnt reset to 7 day spawn after server up.
The New burrower is relatively harder. We couldnt get slow to stick and he flurrys a lot more. but there are also no fish so dont have to worry about the CC. about same hp on him too and same known loot. Well thats all i know =)

I can only verify that. We did him today with 3 groups and it took us three attempts.
Max hit: 650
Max hit with defense disc on: 400
He has the typical immense AC of Luclin mobs. 2handers that normally hit for an average 200 hit in the 60s, just as an example
He flurries about every 2 seconds, enrages, perma-rooted, unslowable.

Can someone clarify what exactly Perma Rooted means?
It's probably a stupid question, but if it means that the mob never moves, doesn't that mean that it's theoretically possible to just stack dots up on it from a distance until it dies? I can't see anywhere that the mob summons.

Perma rooted means the Mob turns indeed to the player who has the aggro, but a permarooted mob won't move a single millimeter :)
Concerning the summon - maybe the mob think's "Mh, I can't get to [insert any name here] so I summon him / her :P"

No he Summons once so much dmg is done to him he will start to summon and consume your Dotting force. if you deside to try it :)

We were finally able to kill the restless burrower, cuz people in other guilds finally stopped killing it in the summoned stage. That was annoying us badly. OMG. Anyways, I got that head item that was listed below. It's pretty uber, especially combined with Staff of the Four and KEI. 75int in just those 2 items and a buff.

Same thing, but differnt mob happend to us last night on Luclin. Went through Ring of High Priest cycle to (hopefully) knock out a few missing level 60 spells...finish the 45 minute ring cycle, boss mob spawns in...and despawns about 15 seconds later at 50% health.

I was playing chanter mezzing fish so not sure of its DPS exactly other then 2 groups can wack this earth worm.
I dont recall anything unusual about the fight. he does enrage as all mobs do over 56 I dont recall if he flurries or not.. the hardest part was dealing with the 20 green level 30ish fish in the room during fight.
I did get his caster belt :)

Is 650 a round or per attack? Flurries? Enrages? Estimated HP pool? Gate ? These all are helpfull things that have not been litsed as of yet . Could some experienced person of this battle past plz share this info?

estimated HP about 150,000. Can be a longer fight depending on your numbers

The only hard part are the 6 insta respawn wormbait minnows that slowly chew away at the chanter mana if you have a long fight.
You may want to park them or dire charm them if the chanter is oom.

The Restless Burrower will despawn 30 minutes after someone aggros it. Kill it fast, don't let people go "check to see if it is up" visually. Etc...

If he despawns, how long is it till he respawns again? Any different then the regular... well I've heard 3, 5 and 7 days so if anyone can confirm. Ty

He Hits for 650 max, is slowable and was done with about 18 easily. I don't know anything about loot though.

um, i dropped it with 8 people. and NO, im not thinking of a different mob as i am wearing the Strands of Power at the end of it.

This mob DOES NOT CAST. No AE, no DD. It is a pure MELEE mob. Took it out this morning with 10 people (1 cleric).

When we got to him he started nuking, AEs for around 300, also was meleeing at around 250, he was at like 40% and almost 10 people died by that time, including 2 of our 4 clerics, luckily we finished him off got everyone rezzed and rolled for the loot.
