He's just north of the shadowmen hiding in a low area. Can't see him at all form the level your at when you get near him. Easy to miss if you don't have a tracker

these scouts are for the bestlord epic 1.0 Why are you killing them ?? have you really killed all the mobs in the game that you have to kill them ?? I think not. I hope that people that kill quest npc's have theirs killed when they go to do the epic. Knock off the madness and go kill something else plz.

When it comes to your quest npc and you have to wait 24-73 hrs, you won't be happy...but i will laugh at you = )

He is in between the shrine/temple thing (the thing with the shadowed men) and Steamfront Mounts. for those who are horrabile at using locs like me :) lol. and his loc is about 180.03, -1893.01, -51.82 Happy hunting!

Edit: BTW the wolf was very easy, but i did have a lvl 66 clr and a 70 war tanking, still was vera easy.

What pisses me off is that Sony just doesnt make all the Epic Quest NPC's either non attackable (like they have with other types of quest npc's) or make them lvl 15 but hit for like 5k dps with 20k hps. that would break up all the killing of Epic quest NPC's.

It's amazing that I've seen this guy just about every time I've been in Lesser Fay. I go to do my epic - and - I can't seem to find him. A mattter of fact, I had my druid alt with me. I went to several zones and NONE of the scouts were out.
Anyone have any ideas as to the spawn times on our epic scouts? OR what MAY cause them to spawn?

Killed him, took a long *** time so he has a ton of HP. took me 10 mins w/ epic monk. he didnt drop anything at all =(, runs at 50% which means he's actualy running =p. sorry he had to die, i didnt know what he was & i have this tendancy to attack anything thats a green con.

This guy doesn't always spawn as a level 30 mob. Today I found him between the GFay and Steamfont zones, conned him and found him to be green. Being only level 27 myself this makes him significantly lower than he is listed. By the way I have screenshots with both my level and his con shown in the message box if anyone doubts the veracity of my information or just wants to see him.
