Also spawns as part of a quest, when you hand A Female Rat a vial given to you in this quest.

The correct name for this mob is "diseased female rat". It may have been "an infected female rat" at one point, but definitely not now.

When I do the quest, it gives me a "diseased female rat", not an infected one.
