His respawn time is less than 26 hours. I failed the 10th Coldain ring war, checked back approximately 26 hours later, and he was up again.

He ATE my Declaration of War TWICE!
I petitioned to a GM, got declaration of war back (since Dain was down to get another one) and GM suggested I keep the dagger in my inventory instead of the bank. I turned it in again as suggested, and declaration of war was eaten. Again.
I give up.

I can confirm he is 3 days spawn. I messed up the war 7 days ago and it bugged, i checked every 10 hours and he didnt spawn again till 3 days later. it bugged again but we managed to complete it.

I have a druid that is level 50 and this SOB conned BLOOD red to her... on top of that, he is NOT on Coldain faction, as in wolf form none the less, she is warmly, and this SOB was RTA!!! Nearly killed me too...

This guy initiates 10th ring. Anyone know spawn time on him? I think its like ~3 days...
