This mob is on the Hunter of Velketor's Labyrinth Achievement Quest
(-14 , -165, 4). enter castle and was in the first room on the right. as Zaztik stated, in the room with the stained glass.

This is also where I found Tijoely, the first room on the right, and those coordinates, but this is the room without the stained glass.
spawned inside the castle for me, in one of the side "tower" rooms with the stained glass. dropped earring.
