During the Hollowshade Moor war when the Sonic Wolves take over the Owlbear Cave, he can be triggered. The PH for him is a sonic wolf that sits in the same location as the place holder for Skrietat'Cha (when its normally controlled by Owlbears). In the cave to the left, the last sonic wolf in the back left is the PH. He seems to be about a 10 minute spawn and appears randomly after killing his PH.

It is neither a GM event, nor a legends server event. Periodicaly the 3 factions in the zone (owlbears, wolves, grimlings) will go to war, each attacking the others. If one side wins, usually via player assistance, then that race will take over the entire zone for a period of time. Thus if the grimlings win then all the spawns that are usually owlbears and wolves will spawn grimlings instead. This lasts until the zone resets.

There is also a named Grimling that does the same thing during the war. I killed him the other day and he dropped a no drop item that is usuable by
