This guy seems to be very common. I was there for 3 spawns in a row, about1 hour total?
This thing appears to spawn on its own cycle, slightly longer than the other mobs in the area, without a placeholder. He summons.
He spawns at 4C, he was roaming on the north wall. Me and a 64 druid took him, I'm a 65 monk with elemental equip. He hit for 270 max, hit pretty fast too. The toughest part is getting there, I would pacify the see invis mobs and FD and the druid would run past (there is a see invis monster at each corner of the courtyard thing in 4c). We got to the northwall, timed the kill between the roamers that go by there. They aggro'd at around 5%, druid rooted them, looted and succor'd. His actual name is Terrorclaw. I have a picture of him too.

Is that the area past the pit of raptors? or the pyramid/maze that is past the maze ...

Took him today doing c4. He hits about the same as the other raptors around the area, which is to say up to 270 a hit and someitmes 500 a round, but he is easy if you have a grp capable of doing c4 anyway. He may have a few more HP than normal but it isnt really noticable. Can be slowed and has no procs. Dropped the necro shoulder piece (

how much he hit for, hp? any procs, what works on him etc.

I'm assuming this dropped from this guy. I wasn't there for the kill, but since it was necro only my guild gave it to me.

Im curious how that worked since the item is No Drop.

a lot of stuff was no drop when the zone was new and has since been made droppable
