Senechal Aldikar says, "Atlans, I must speak to the Dain before I instruct you further. Please speak to me while the royal court is in session."
So you have to wait for him to spawn in the throne room.

Aldikar spawns next to the Dain when he is on his throne. then you have to follow him to his bedroom one floor down in the barracks.

Have had a druid and two rangers search for this guy for 3 days, no luck... Anyone have a loc?

This guy is way above 50th. He hits for 300's and is fast. Sick amounts of HP and 3 full groups of 50+ barely dented him

Your thinking about the 1 in IceWell the lvl 65 one. This one IS level 50 and doesn;t even hit for 100. He is for the ringwar and if he dies you loose the ringwar.

Well he cons red to 57 and 62. Hit me for 186 and 308... and this was the Great Divide Seneshal. Ring war was broken, giants didn't spawn for more than half an hour after giving the scout the orders from the seneschal. The static spearmen never spawned. The coldain heroes remained seated in a circle jerk around the seneschal...Dobbin wouldn't take orders and Garadain's orders resulted in quest dialog for PoK. After sending the raid troops home and doing a bug report, a giant squad popped and made it to Thurg... only the scout made an attempt to stop them. So afterwards, the heros were still up and conning indifferent instead of ally. So some of us took revenge. All heroes single pulled and went down like crack whores in front of a crisp $20 bill. Plain velium loot. The seneschal was read but we tried him anyway... 62 shaman, 57 ranger, 56 beast... took him down all of 4% in about 90 seconds of combat before running for Thurg... oh, the Seneshal summons.
