Had a character here for ~24-30 hours straight and finally got him. Spawn loc is 700, 354, -65 down in the pools.

I have spent I guarantee over 40 hours all together camping this guy and not ONCE has he spawned. Also in this time frame only one flowing slime guy spawned. Am I in the right location??? Through the coutyard, up the ladder, down the right pool, swim through that up that ladder, through the first pool room, then second where it turns right, in that little hall is the first skeeter I see and that's where we've been camping. I'm convinced we're in the wrong spot cause it's beyond me that this mob hasn't spawned yet with the amount of time I've spent there. I know we're by the boots of flowing slime guy so am I at the right spot???
If I am actually in the right spot, then this skeeter's spawn chance was set by some disgruntled verant employee!

your in the right spot man, believe me when i say that your not the only person on EQ whos thinks theirs chances of spawning are whacked to hell. GL with future attemps.

High AC, and 100hp after stam, or 103-15 with ND3. And once you reach the upper end game, basic goal for a warrior, or any melee class really, is to get 100hp in every slot after you break the "soft cap" of AC.

i think leg earring common (very good, above 100k) and wand rare (this suxs). he always dropped something

This guy conned even to my level 58 rogue, so he can go as high as level 58.
Spawns in sewers, the PH is the first mosquito you see down there

Where exactly can the mosquitos be found? In pool area down below?

Earing i believe is its uncommon loot, and wand as rare. Common drop is nothing
Actually, the diseased mosquito always drops either the earring or the wand.
The lifestealer mosquitos (Placeholders) don't drop anything side of unbroken mosquito wings and some other plat items.
