Found this guy up on track---finally---but the picture posted here shows him as in the basement areas with the mosquitos, oozes and the plank bridges over the water-filled pits. I did find him in water but he was right below the NE pyramid. Finally located him by ascending the pyramid and dropping into the water from the top. This spawn spot is shown on Magelo.

it drops staff of primordial summoning, casters' 2h 32/30 or something like that (im writing it from my memory :b) some good stats and mana. Its very good, but with the problem of the 2h, i dont like it very much because of it

I got one of those today, 32/32 2hb, +8 int/wis/dex/agi, +35 hp, +40 mana.
Kinda fun to melee for over 100 as a caster, but that's about all it's good for
