I just met one of these critters and was unable to stun it with a spell that works on mobs up to level 55, but was able to stun it with a higher level spell. So they are not immune to stun, just higher than level 55.
I could not tell what level it was, just that it was light blue to a level 65. The one I saw was in the pyramid courtyard, where mobs start to see invis.

What has happend to cazic? it used to be around lvl 20-40 now its all 50-60... I want to do the bard lambent helm quest and if anyone has any info of what drops the mudwater rune in cazic now it would greatly help me

Everything that was quest oriented inside of CT has been moved just outside, you will notice all of the lizzies on the pryamids before you zone into Cazic now. That's where the stuff for SK's and Mages drop, so I would infer from that the rune you seek will drop off of one of those guys. Should be the same mob name, so you can just invis and track em down.
