The Twilight Sea mobs are some of the hardest to get for all the armor quests.. This guy spawns in the hidden area.. PH is the normal Underbulk.
He seemed a LOT tougher than the usual Underbulk. My 41 Wizard BARELY soloed him (With a full Temperance up).. Resisted root and snare (Bonds of Force) a LOT, so I got creamed. Finally got root to stick.. then BOF.. then blasted him silly.

I don't suppose someone can help me (and others) out with a location? Are any of the underbulks found in one general area of zone or wander?
I'm guessing this one has a placeholder and hoping it's another of it's kind. Otherwise there's another quest I'm going to skip.
