Painted OrnamentFrom My experience and hunting for my alt's,I found if you travel to the far NW end of zone (under water in the tunnel) at LOC # +3930,-1110
you will find the entrance to a cave behind a waterfall. Within this cave are tents of all 4 factions of the inhabitants of this area. This is the area the majority of the pieces from this zone drop for the twighlight quest armor. Happy hunting.

In Tenebrous Mtns, often the rares pop in a specific spawn point. Does anyone know if this is true for Twilight Sea, and if so, where have you found this fellow spawning?

What makes this thing spwawn? been looking for several days thru the underwater tunnel, with a druid trying to track for it, no luck.
