I killed just warders, cral ligi if possible. Killed 7 quest mobs in about 2 hours right after a patch, and this guy was the last one.

Well after 4 days I finally got this guy to spawn and figured some things out along the way. First the Cral Ligi Healer is on of about 10 Cral Ligi quest mobs that spawn on the other side of the underwater tunnel that leades to upper part of TW Sea, and they all spawn in completely random order so theres nothing you can kill that will outright spawn the healer, or any other mob for that matter. After reading the post here about the warders being the ph I decided see if this was true and it is, warders do spawn the quest mobs however there is trick to this. If you just kill every Cral Ligi Warder you see as often as you see them you will not spawn any quest mobs, dont ask me why, all I can say is VERANT!! Best way to do this I've found is wait about every 19 min or so till all the Warders are spawned, and this refers to only the wandering spawns NOT the static ones, once they are all up go though and clear them out till theres none left, should be about 6-7 of them, dont hold me to that. Once they are all clear, sit down and wait for them to respawn and a quest mob should be in that new spawn somewhere, just a matter of finding it. If its not the guy your lookin for kill the quest mob, kill all the others and do it again. I spawned 10 Cral Ligi quest mobs over the course of 4 days, spending about 3 hours a day there, last day when I started doing this I was poping a quest mob once a round. The healer was number 11 so I pretty much got screwed in the order.

One other thing is if you attempt to do this solo, these guys con light blue to lvl 55, and the Underbulks and the Rhino Beetles atk on sight, it is so easy to agro multiple bulks and beetles it is patethic, especially when your tryin to look for warders. Invis is real nice here, and sow is a must because everything runs just a bit slower than J-Boots. If your you dont have a healer, bring a ton of bandages and be prepared to buy more, between the underbulks, beetles, and the warders your trying to kill you will need them, or a pocket cleric. Hope this helps for anyone looking.
