Is this guy for a quest? I was camping the entrance and killed this guy. Some dwarven cleric comes up to me right after I killed him and says "I need Settine" in /say. Well, I did not see that or his next line in /say calling me and my wife @$$****$. Needless to say I thought he was role playing when he started making iksar racial comments and played along probably pissing him off royally. So, to avoid any further immature people that can't use tells and ask nicely, I would like to know if this guy is indeed used in a quest.

Yes this guy is used in quest that starts in Crushbone. When you kill the Orc Taskmaster if you give the brass earring to a male High Elf slave he will give you a note to give to Settine. Settine gives you a +2 Str ring.
