I'm just guessing, but he wouldn't have an actual *"spawn point"* but more like random. ok so you have someone pull in the skele's and have someone watch track he'll spawn eventually and drop you some toys. the normal skeleton's (fallen soliders) would be the PH. as you can see in the picture above, they have pulled it to the zone area. which is a pretty good pull spot. i haven't killed this guy, or even seen him. but we don't fight skeleton's much either. =/

You'll most likely see FS spawn on the hill *right* before you hit the NW corner.
IMO, pulling to IZ is one of the worst spots. You will get adds here quite often because of groups training IZ. NW corner, SW corner, near VT, and along the north wall (near Tawro cave) allows your group to avoid most trains.
