Would this be the same Obulus that such items like Obulus death shroud are named after?

The Obulus were one of the six Iksar tribes of old (Kunzar, Nathsar, Kylong, Obulus, Soriz, Jarsath). So the Obulus Death Shroud isn't named after a certain person but after a people.

As all other named Skeletons in the mines this guy drops rarely a Strange Green Metal which you need for a Shissar Bane Weapon
This skeleton spawns in the first chamber after the entrance to the mines in the basement of the temple.
The vast majority of the skeletons do not see invisible, but about 5% do, it seems random.
Only loot we've gotten off him on the two occations we've killed him, were Dusty Soriz Boots.

Yup can confirm that info. Was told it's a normal drop but I want to think about some quests as far as his other drop is not no drop.
