I have been in GE for weeks. I have seen Greig, Servitor, and Praetorian Myral up all the time. But I have never seen this guy on track at all. Does he have a PH or something? Or does he still exist?

Did a 7 member "raid" with me tanking (58 SK) hehehe coudnt turn down another guildy that wanted to come.
There is one corner trap that spawns mobs.
Hits for low-mid 200 and flurrys. I never tanked him before so I got more aggro than I really needed to, but he was an easy kill. Dropped the black bladed ulak and greigs key.

Prast Ianitor dropped - Griegs key which is no drop, no rent =P He is slowable - he didn't port anyone out... The room he was in just had the typical pop up dark visions etc which we had 2 bards to mez nicely. He would be an easy 1 group encounter w/a good mezzer for adds.

The guild I am in tried to get to this guy went to the room he spawns in saw him talking but he was not there, tried the supposed alt locations could not find him there, so we petitioned, gm told us that he was triggered, so my question how do you trigger him? Oh well trip wasnt completely wasted, took out servitor while we were there.
this guy is a royal pain in the ***** regens fast as hell, isntantly heals himself when he's low, and TL's your party members to TS. he ist a pain in the ash, but drops some descent loot, dont remember what he droped when my guild tore him apart though.

maybe it's a bug but this **** ported out our main tank and several other people to scarlet during the course of the fight

Is he killable by say.... 2 groups of lvl 50-55?

maybe but would be a very hard fight since u cant slow him i guess.
got serious problems to slow it at 60 without mala/malo just with tash as an enchanter.
he fluries like a madman but with a gud tank and some clerics he is maybe doable.

Spent almost all of last week in there daily. He's not always up. Theres 2 seperate areas he dwells, ones to the right by Servitors door and the others to the left by Griegs door. The Serv one is in a deadend outdoor patio off a room. The Grieg one is down near the Scarlet desert zone where theres 2 doors side by side in a huge outdoor area. Take the door on the right and go down the hall way some. The one in the Serv area talks to you about his key after you stand there for a few minutes, the Grieg one just displays a message like "These halls look like they've been kept clean by someone."
