Here is the following info that we gleaned:

It flurries.
It procs "Curse of Eternal Suffering" quite often.
It's slowable.

Please remove the link for the "Gem Encrusted Choker" and re-link it to "A Possessed Warmonger"'s loot table.

Barring vendor trash, each mob's loot table seems to be specific to only it.

4th Boss

This the 4th boss in the ring event. Expect a Doomshade style encounter: flurries, hits for 400-500 and has alot of hp, unsure if a necro can slow him, shaman can't. Definetly need more than 1 group to kill him a at least 2 clerics healing MT

1 - Not right clickable, but melee proc.
2 - ID3 does Not work on click/proc
3 - The best thing about this item isn't Ice Comet proc (1120 ice based dd), it is the +5% to evocation, which makes it a whole lot harder for a wizzy to fizzle on an evok based spell (nukes).

Wiz epic (SoTF) is still better imho, but this would be nice to have until yer epic'ed.

Not only is it not clickable, but Improved Damage III items and the like do not effect item proc/clicks.

Improved damage does effect procs. If it didn't before, it does now. My robe of tempest message goes off each time my Frozen dagger procs.

It's part of ring of fire event.. not doable with 1 group, unless they are GM's :)

Can anyone please give some info on the mob? Can it be done with 1 high lvl group? Any post with some actual info on the mob on this page would be appreciated.

We went to try the CoF event, first time since it has been upgraded, we had over 20 people and had a hard time withthe first round. Before the upgrade we got the the 3rd and 4rth round with the same number of people. Most of the people there we high 50s or 60. Good luck on this, in any case the event is worth doing.

This is the 4th "boss" mob. He has a lot more hp than the previous bosses and flurries. But can drop some nice loot.
