what is the ph for this mob and spawn rate

Very magic resistant. Couldn't land slow or root. Resisted Virulent Paralysis.
Two blue velium hunters stand next to him. They are magic resistant as well - but not as badly.
Pulled with root on one of the guards. Didn't last long. Took the Brood master, 2 guards and one kobold add down with a 65 shaman and 65 rogue duo. Tough fight though.
