I completed 23 round trips on this quest and reached ally status with Steaon 10 trips was kindly another 5 was warmly and 8 more and I was allied.

After reviewing all the faction quests in Shadow Haven, I believe this 1 to be the most eficient. You get 4 faction hits on each side, you only have to travel 1 zone, and the traders faction is the biggest hit.

I just need to find where this guy is so I can start the quest.
