Sorry tinkers. Either some one sold abunch to him or he now carrys them in stock. Just bought 3 from him and 2 from Smithy Firehands for 16pp each. They both still had at least one if not more to sell in the inventory window.

If he's Traders of the Haven, there are a number of quests that will increase Traders. The quickest would be the quest started by talking to Trade Commission Henry. You'll do some running, but the increases are fairly large. I did that one and ran back and forth between Steaon and Gearo. Didn't take long to get max ally faction with the Traders of the Haven.
