got him today, easy kill. he was a add from IK and only had one warr on him and a 61 druid healing

He spawns in the area leading to North ToV. He's one of Ikiatar's guards.

Where does this guy spawn? I've noticed all the NToV mobs drop GoV faction, this guy doesn't, so is this guy in HoT?

Asking this because I'm leading a HoT raid soon. I've been there a long time ago very briefly, but just wanna be prepared for my upcoming raid.

as of 10:15 pm EST he DOES infact drop Guardians of Veeshan, so he'd be in north
