Where can these various guys be found? is there a camp or do they wander about?
I found both Essence of Wind and Windstone on these Cral Ligi Soldiers. Both of these items are sought after by advanced blacksmiths for making the Combine Acrylia Temper, which is used for Acrylia armor and weapons. For more information, see EQTraders.com.

I only know about one of the factions, on your way to shar vahl from shadeweavers, you encounter some Gor Taku in the tunnels. Also what kinda exp could a lvl 41 beastlord get from these. hope this helps.

They are tough... my pet and i had smoe fun with this one... although he dissapeared when i killed him..

What are faction hits for slaying these? Anyone know?

These little fellows MIGHT go as high as 39, but I doubt it. They are pretty easy solo for 40 ranger. I'd guess they are closer to 35 than 39.
