I have yet to see anything drop off these dudes. no cash no meat no fat no drops.

what is the Large zelniak tooth for - on a raid the lvl 60 boss guy of this dropped it and no1 knew wha it was for so i scooped it up - any1 got any ideas?

Right when luclin came out I was here with a group of 6, got a pull of 3 mobs at the ent and I was able to charm one of these and put it on another mob as crowd control (yeah I got beaten up pretty badly for it)
I believe mobs here summon every 12 seconds... it's a very tough zone and if you want to get past the entrance you should have two well rounded groups

Just pulled this today. Wiped most the party. Chain casts PBAE stun. Caster were not prepared and tanks fell fast without heals. Made campout so CR was not bad. Just be ready for it if you go to pull it.
I am positive you are mistaken. The mob you refer to is Zelnithak, a giant named zelniak.
