This guy is what I'd like to call, an example of going apesh*t on someone =o)

Maxes at 410 from what I saw, Flurries, and unslowable. Found in the basement near the skelly mines.

Where most of the taskmasters do not flurry and are slowable this perticular guy does flury and is not slowable
