Dropped the Turtle Wrangler's Pants for me. Stats were something like STR4 DEX4 AGI4 WIS2 HPS25, but get this, no AC. Weird.
Pants worn on a human monk had the look of green leather.

I don't have the exact info on me at the moment, but both times I killed him he dropped a pair of Turtle Wrangers gloves that are like 8AC and +1 to all stats. Will post again with concrete info

Yup, those turtles are fast as hell.

there are about 3 kinds of turtles that i have found so far.. all of them gtm at 53.
Also some minnows there too that must be real low cause their hardest hit on me was a 3.
