She sometimes spawns somewhat higher and tougher. Fought her today and she healed herself twice, poisoned, cast Spirits of Frost (145 pts), and was a general pain for a 33 Ranger to take down. I had less than 20% health when she went down.

I have soloed this gal 20 times or more....since she conned yellow to me at 28, but had no problem with her, only if she spawned in one of the rooms i got aggro from her buddies.....
I'm a necro, I have never seen her heal once, I have never gotten the ring only the icky underbulk bile......
Just killed her again (at level 29.... no problem at all, 80m, 95hp - pet 70hp)

If anyone was wondering her spawn time is completely and utterly random. I was there on my druid (lvl 39) trying to get the ring for a friend who wanted it. I killed her once, and then waited..... and waited. After an hour or 2 she respawned. I killed her soon as she came up on track. This next time it took about 45 minutes for her to spawn. I killed her again, and then she respawned instantly somewhere else. So overall her spawn time is pretty random so I thought I would try the PH approach. She has no PH's. I tried mutants and other named mobs but truth is she spawns in her unique places along with other named's. Also the ring seems to be very rare. I have killed her 11 times and no ring, underbulk nile every time though. Hope this helps.

the bile is part of a quest tarafol gives, results in a right click cure disease shm/druid/cleric earring.
At 34 I was testing my new root spell on low dark blues in EC, and after root, darkness, venom and vampiric curse she didn't last long :). She had about one and half bubbles of health left by the time root broke and my pet finished her off in a few seconds; surprisingly OK XP for a low blue and dropped the ring first time.

So I was just travelling around for the first time here with a fully equipped fire pet...I am a level 22 Mage...I had KEI on me and she attacks.....somehow, someway my pet and I take her with barely any life for either of us or any mana for me (even with full mana and KEI to begin with).........one of the hardest but most fun battles I ever had
She conned yellow to me at lvl 26...so she can be atleast lvl 27, possibly 28.

ok, ALL of the outcasts are common spawns. The trick is that ANY of them or the mutants can spawn in ANY of the spawn spots in their little area. This means if that one room with the three spawns is full of mutants and u are waiting for cirinthia or some other outcast to spawn....u gotta kill the mutants. No biggee.
She is a bit of a pain if she aggros with one or two others. but is easy to do on her own.

ok does anyone have any idea what her spawn time is? im trying to camp her for this gay ring but i cant figure out how long she takes to pop so inm getting sick of sitting by my comp waiting.?

Definitely a Shaman. With a lvl 28 Bard we tag teamed her and we were able to take her down. No ring yet just bile. I would suggest the one-two punch as it has worked more than once for us.

I have killed this mob a couple times with my ranger (at 49, at 51). It's interesting that people here say she's easy as this has been my experience with her:
She's GTM, so would seem simple enough, but I'll get her down to around 20-30% health and she heals to half or 3/4. Over and over. Last night I was bored en route to FG and decided to hit her again, it was the same routine, took me quite a long time of beat/heal/beat/heal before she *finally* started to walk away and then boom, dead. So I am curious if this mob has some sort of level-related trigger as people who have posted here at a much lower level have said they have soloed her.
First time I killed her, no loot.
Second time I killed her, got a Fungus Crown, AC6 DEX5 HP20 SVMAG5 WT2.0 all classes, BAR ELF HIE DEF DWF TRL OGR HFL GNM IKS VAH. (There used to be less classes on tihs item, but I just looked at it today and it's got more classes now).
Last night I got the Crinthia's Ring, AC2 WIS4 HP10 magic/lore CLR DRU SHM all races.
So, a bit of an odd mob but interesting loot.

don't let her heal, and she'd be a lot easier.
any class that can interrupt or quickly nuke her down to running sbouldn't have much trouble, especially if they're at least in their thirties. =) once you get her down to below half make the rest quick or interrupt

This mob is a shaman mob. Slowed my monk on the pull. Nukes with ice, 81 DD if not resisted. Sees through FD.

She will spawn any spot in there.. I've seen her spawn in 4 diff spots. The other named also rotate spots.. i've seen that crow guy 3 diff places. the priestess, preach, asther, roy, gip are only ones i've seen spawn in same place repeatedly

Enjoy yur comments. but you never say the loc or area to find her.. This is common on many posts and makes for alot of time to find her

She is located in the first set of caves to the left as you zone in from Shadow Haven. The entrance is behind a torn tapestry. If you go through the tapestry, she will be in the cave to the right, along with Roy and another mutant. I killer her once and got the ring. I must have been incredibly lucky. It's a pretty nice ring to twink with.

I was soloing in Echo Caverns with my 31 Necro. I killed crinthia and she droped the underubulk bile. It was no rent (but not no drop). A right click said "this is a whistle wetter." The class/race was none/none. I cast the spell identify on it and got no info returned. Does anyone know what this is for? I pulled a train soon after and badly timed my feign death so this is really an academic question. Any info would be appreciated.

we killed her five times in a group while camping the mutants never once dropped the ring, always underbulk bile
