wow, this guy is cake, soloed him with my 27 SK and only got hit like 3 times for upper 30's... your right, good camp for a neckpiece, sells nice in bazaar too.

He can spawn in any one of the spawn points in the mutant area. The trick is to get him to spawn where u want him to by only killing certain mobs. So if u only want him in the front room, kill him once then kill everything in the room and he will pop there. He has always without fail dropped the choker which I think is a great neck item. I have yet to see the horn so I assume it is rare. His spawn time, however, is extremely short at most 5 minutes at least 1 minute 30 seconds. So hes a quick camp for the neck piece. Hope this helps

Dropped horn on the first kill for me, but no choker.

this guy is in one of the outcasts rooms in the hidden entrance from SH.
He is a weaker of the outcasts mobs, about as bad as a mutant.
I solo him with a 26 mage when i can single pull him.
His choker is awesome. forget wearing it, i sell it for 100pp every time. Nice loot for such a low con. He is moderately common.

Zone into Shadowhaven from where you port in from Nexus and next to the Soulbinder there is a building. Go in and go to the back and turn left and follow the wall and you go thru 2 fake walls into EC. It goes left and right. Go lefta and look to the left and you will see a ragged curtain next to a guard. Back there is the Mutant area and you will find him in there.

ACTUALLY
Torin, Corinthia, Murph, Tik Toppler, and Gip gallows all spawn in completely random places. They all have static spawn places, but they rotate. So while you might find Torin behind the curtain one time, the other time, he might be in the small room with roy, or way in the back with the high elf chick from qeynos. It all depends. Just FYI.

Gip Gallows has spawned in the corner the 5 times I've killed him. He's static for sure though.

I read that this guy drops the Torin's Horn, so i went in and killed him yesterday. Fast spawn, and got the horn on third kill. Got some pretty nice stuff from other named guys here. Hope its not so bad to get lower faction with outcast mutants.
You cant equip it in any slot and the effect is blank. Dont know if this is a bug, or if u have to do a quest. If anyone have more information on this, plz post it.
