In the poorer countries where they can't speak proper American they often get confused when typing and use the wrong buttons, they use "," when they mean "." and say "million" when they mean "thousand." They are very stupid and backwards so you just have to pat them on the head and say, "Nice little European, goooood boy."

In European countries they use the comma instead of a period for their decimal places. So 3.5 hours in US is 3,5 hours in Euro. Feel enlightened.
