My 54 pally can single pull them off without using pacify but its nice to do anyway

Anyone know at what level these can be pulled as singles? I chose the Defenders since they seem to have the highest level range. I would assume that when these canned be pulled singly, that any of the Tarmoks can, no? Any special strategies that you have for single pulls would also be welcome. Thanks for your time.
