Does anyone have any info on the "Black Flame Charcaol" it is for the Shield of Bane Warding quest. It should be a rare drop from these guys but I didnt see anyone list it.

I have had this drop several times. It is lore no drop, which makes it odd that it is stackable. Id say camping these things for two hours should get you the charcoal.

2 hours of hunting will usually not get you the charcoal unless you are lucky. I solo toilers 5 hours a night / about 3 or 4 times a week for AA exp in Lv 60. I have my Epic and usually have a KEI as well. I tear through MANY toilers a night. I typically see the charcoal drop about once a week, sometimes twice. It is VERY rare.
However, often times there are others hunting Toilers so a friendly /ooc that you would like to loot any uneeded charcoal that drops can yeild results for you.

I've been told that Centi Longswords only drop in akheva now off certian mobs there.

OK everyone reading this please listen... Centi Longswords are not LORE and HAVE NEVER BEEN LORE... They didn't make them lore they just nerfed the drop rate on them...

yes they are lore, sometimes they drop lore and sometimes they drop regular, it wasnt fer a week, its still in affect now

yes now they are lore everyone knows it ask a GM man please just look it up there are now two listings for the item one under lore and one just plain

None of the items for Luclin quest armor (Twilight Sea armor) are no drop. And I've never seen one drop off these.

I'm a 54 necro on the Povar server and I was up on "Toiler Hill" campin the lil guys the other nite, and one of the drops from these lil buggers was a "Shaded Book" no stats, not a container, just a book...anyone know what this is used for?

The reason they nerfed the drops in this zone is because people liked the Centi items. They liked them so much that they started to get farmed like crazy. On my server, a Centi Longsword went from 5k down to 2k. Then verant thought it was gettin to be too much. Than boom.... ultimate nerfage.

Well thats Crap, ive had Both a Centi Warhammer and a cent SS, they both rock, "i just cant wait to be strong enuf to go to ME so i can get my hands on some Centi's" <--- That is what i used to think! now i think i will never be able to get one other than buying one in Bazaar so i think its crap that they Nerfed it!

OK the Axe Str of Grodan is now VERY rare..I spend many hours straight at the mountain near toiler camp!...after I have been there some hours I began to count the kills ( I was mainly there to get the Str of Grodan ) after we killed 40 + I stoped counting .......out of all the kills we only got 1 Css and no SoG's 8(...man I have heard that the last patch made these VERY rare but ....cmon we must have kill 60 - 80 Toilers and only one drop ..these weapons are allmost as rare as the class armor in KC !!!!!!

It's really sick how badly they've nerfed the drop rates on these Toilers after the loot some had reported pre-nerf. Killed well over 100 of these in the last 2 nights with a friend, here's all the loot we've had total:
2 Centi Warhammers
1 Centi Shortsword
0 Centi Longswords
0 Strength of Grodan
0 Centi Warspear
0 coin, not even a copper on any of the corpses
Everything else was just trash words, pages, runes, magical FS weapons and junk that's pretty much worthless. They really need to de-nerf these drops a bit, because they've turned this into one of the better risk/reward zones into one of the worst in game. It's not even worth being there anymore for how dangerous the zone is, with how lousy the loot is now. Just keep all of the drops lore and it will prevent the heavy farming, while still giving people decent loot for their efforts.
Can anyone even confirm that the Strength of grodan still drops from these after the mega-nerf? Would really like to know before I waste any more time trying to get one to drop.

I haven't seen an SoG drop since the patch. I believe they removed it from the drop table.

I seriously believe the Idol of Fallen no longer drops off of the toilers either. this thing is just too nice of a loot for these mobs, and the hundreds I've killed have never dropped the Idol of Fallen

Cynical marketing practices: Expansion gets released, people start exploring the new zones, find really nice stuff dropping, word gets out and and there's a run on the expansion. A few weeks later Verant "discovers" that farming is out of control and nerfs the drop rate. Exactly the same thing happened with Kunark.
Anyone who didn't get in on the initial bonanza is left out in the cold.

Me and some of my guild members wish to kill these little guys for the centi LS and Strength of grodan...do you think that a 51 druid (or 40warrior..has 2 characters ), a 49druid, a 51 warrior, a 45 enchanter, a 53magician, and a 32 warrior (just for the extra dmg) could take 1 of these guys at a time? if so please post any helpful info like how hard tey hit approx HP stuff like that...thanks and have fun all

1) As of last patch, I have not seen a single Centi LS drop in ME on toiler hill. My group AE's there regularly and before this patch, we'd get 5-6 a night. Now none...lesser centi weapons occasionally drop there (maybe 3-4 a night). It's possible that Centi LS is just extremely rare there now, but we've killed hundreds and not seen one drop.
2) I won one right before last patch which is still in my inventory...it is not lore.
3) I'd expect price to stay around the 2k mark now that they don't drop off toilers in ME...that was prolly best source of them.
As far as other loot:
Centi toes and meat...no known use as of yet.
Spell research...49th research components for all 4 int casting classes drop here...very frequently
Transient Arms - 5-6 drop in a night of AE...only good for chanters really

FYI we killed a Cotier Centurion last week, and it dropped the grodan's idol, if thats the item you speak of (equally good imo for a warrior).
also had one drop this week from coterie.

The Idol of the Fallen that drops off the level 60 SK in the big house in Maiden's is supposed to drop off of the Umbrous Toilers too. I've farmed a good 50 so far with a 55 warr / 54 cleric easily. got Str of Grodan after 30 or so, but still after that 15 ac 10 str range slot... Anyone know how rare it is??
