This mob follows your group or raid around and randomly picks someone and begins mana draning them. Basically an irratation that follows you around.
just wanted to post and say saw this little green guy in pofear today, looks like a summoned eyeball, rotating around, cons indif to me (66 Bard, Agnostic), hasnt added with any of my other pulls either, so likely you can leave him be if you want.

I found it once on the island in Erud's crossing. Green to me at 30. My pet killed it with one or 2 hits at about 26 dmg each. It also dropped a piece of 44 chanter research.

This is a new mob. Soloable too if you have a pet because all it does is try to mana tap you.

hmmm it spawned in PoF few min ago and looks amiably at a lvl 60 druid Tunare follower.

I've probably spent a week straight in Fear all in all, and I've run two raids there, and pulled most of the mobs, and I have NEVER seen this mob there. Perhaps this mob should be reclassified as a plane of HATE mob.
Been there done that killed him in Fear. Few minutes ago, as a matter of fact. Wanted to look him up. (two computers) Must be pretty rare. Diddn't drop anything but a druid research page.
