The tribals in the cave in the northwest corner of the zone are quit nice for a soloing 53-57 Shadowknight. Simply pull from the inner chamber to the tunnel, then fearkite. The tribals path along the tunnel to the exit. Hopefully you'll kill yours before it gets there.

Pet pathing in tunnels is a little screwy, so you can also replace pet with Boil Blood.

Only warriors and shamen spawn here. There is only one wanderer who wanders up the tunnel from the chamber, otherwise medding in the tunnel is relatively safe.

Also, the zone to The Grey is just a Harmshield run away.

Plenty of spiny weapons, words, runes, pages, and acrylia in various sizes.
