I have never been to Marus Seru. However, you can find "a rhinobeetle hatchling" (note slight variation in name) in the crater around Shar Vahl. They con blue/yellow at level 1.

I was in this zone today with my 18 Monk and these were white to red to me so that puts the lvl down to at least 18.
