They can't be charmed either, at least the one I've tried so far gave me the "This NPC cannot be charmed" message.

Only small problem here is that you only get the stat for the one ite, it doesn't stack (Just like all that stat food, only one bonus, even if full stack).
And I don't know from personal experience, but I have been reading up on every item with stats i can put in ammo, and every one has had a comment saying ammo slot gives NO STATS, only range slot. However, that said. I intend to get one of these and find out for myself. If I put it in ammo and no stat changes, I am giving it to an alt or a newbie.

Yes, the fangs do give you the incresed stats, but the effect does not stack. As was said they're a great ammo slot item for any class, there isn't much else you can put there that has stats.

The elite temple guards can be mesmerized, but it takes Glamour of Kintaz. Dazzle and lower won't work.
