Strong Horn has been known to appear in various parts of the zone, so doesn't have a known PH (or its PH has a long roaming path).

It hits for a max ~250 and does not summon.

17minutes.. 60th lvl druid, throw a bunch of charmed mobs at it he died rather quick.

glamour of tunare, ensnare, occassional epic dot (now that they fixed epic).. the rest is cake.

although, unfortunatly.. i dont have much use for the horn.. now to figure out how to pass it off to another char.
