Anybody have a LOC where this mob spawns or an aproximate spawn point. Also what would the recommended group size be for this mob? (will i get the Captain on track after i hand the item to Charisa?)

heya,
this guy is lvl 58, and has no faction hits. KoS to all. you need to kill him as a part of the Benevolence quest (for CoV allies).

Only time that i've helped kill him he conned yellow to me at 57.
