Now in South Karana. Numerous spawn sites east of splitpaw opening. More than one can be up at a time. Using my ranger on second account I killed about 10 of these and had Ishva Mal pop twice in about 15 minutes. The second Ishva Mal dropped the summon corpse spell for my level 39 necro.

i can confirm this is the PH for the ishva mal.
it's an enchanter.
conned light blue to 53 the two times it spawned.
it tried casting beguile, suffocate, entrance.
when i came it was up, then ishva mal spawned, then this guy again. i left after that... but it's probably a 50/50 shot at the ishva mal or this guy

Went down today to get the spell for my necro and this guy was a necro, not an enchanter. Might have different flavors when it spawns.

He can be any caster type. I have seen him spawn as all of them.
Edit: he can spawn as a warrior as well.

I was very bored and trying to get a couple of the potions.... spent about 3 hours in ishva mal's room and this guy spawned twice on ishva mal's spawn timer. I actually saw the ishva mal 4 times and this guy twice, so he may not be a very timely PH, but he is indeed a PH because he "holds his place" meaning I wasted a half hour twice cuz this phreak spawned instead... some of you are always so quick to disagree with someone when you don't invest the time =( a shame

This guy is the placeholder for the Ishva Mal gnoll (who drops the summon corpse spell)
