PH for this mob is An Imperial Courier. I camped this mob for the better part of a day. Saw named three times, dropped potion and note twice, dropped Writ of Di`zok once.

Spawns at Neg 608, Neg 312 On top of a bridge./ I liked wiped the zone and then this guy was up.

Actually i have one of these too and yes im amiable to VS. No clue what its for but as odd as it may seem im still very kos to VS when i see him. Seems he's also got some faction that isnt adjustable so not really sure what to do with this note but i'd like to find out so i know if i can open up another bank slot.
