Hi,
i have been camping this mob for the past 3 days or so now, 24 hours a day for the Guard Captain's Mallet as a twink items for a molo monk i am about do, these items are not lore so you can have two, and they have low delay, they are kind of heavy but stat wise i feel make up for it..anyways onto the details about the mob. I have camped both places, the watchtower to the left of the castle entrance the ph a Di'zok Sergeant and the Di'zok Captain's room next to The Bridge Keeper spawn. Over the course of 3 days i have seen him spawn on the left watch tower only.. He also seems to share the same spawn as Watch Sergeant Riz'oul.. Which means somtimes your PH can spawn the wrong Named :'( out of 3 days worth camping and countless kills i have yet to see one mallet drop, the most common drop so far has been the snare clicky..the ranged item drops quite frequently aswell along with the other various zone drops such as the Edge of Cabilis, Silver Swiftblade, and the Cleric Clicky staff, As for the Captain's room the only named i have been getting is Watch Captain Hir'roul, Who drops the shoulders and earring, which surprisngly, on some servers still sells for quite a bit.. no spawn from there thus far but if one is reported will come back and edit. This was done on a 74 shaman and necro on povar in 2015 so this is current.. Necro was at the watch tower and shaman was in the captain's room, both with merc's out so i could afk ofc :P his spawn timer seems to be random with about 15 minutes +/-, some kill times

You get the idea, its about an hour inbetween unless you get very unlucky with the other named spawning, happy hunting him!!!

Just mentioning, since you're having a hard time with this mob dropping the item.

He can spawn in two places. The first is in the left guard tower at the entrance. Ph is A Dizok Sergeant. 2nd place he can spawn is the room where A Dizok Captain(PH) spawns. This room is just down the ramp from the Ancient Guardian and iksar betrayer spawn. Never spent enough time to see if he can pop both places at once but I'm assuming not.
All these posts and still no spawn location. Could someone please post a /loc or paste his location from your ingame map if you have one. Thanks in advance.
Does the Guard Captain's Mallet drop from him everytime? Am interested to know cause I'm thinking of camping this guy to get the Mallet for my low lvl warrior! Thanks in advance to all replies

Just killed him now, only loot was earring. So no, mallet not every time.

um if he was drk blue when you were 54, how could 53 not be correct? I'm 53, every time I've seen him, he has been even to me, so 53 is correct.

To narrow down the above, I conned him at yellow (51 ranger) a couple of days ago, so he must be 52 or 53, at least some of the time.
He dropped the hammer :)

Never seen a single spell drop off this guys, or any of the Sarnak from Zone in to Bridge. Anyone able to confirm a drop of a spell? I would love to see Nife drop from this guy but I highly doubt the accuracy of Alla's info.

killed him twice when he popped at the little fort near zone in/out. dropped call of heroes and fusion ( spelling might be wrong, it was a necro spell ).

All the times ive gotten the Captains Mallet while grouping there, the mallet was visible just like the Wristsnapper and the SBS (Sarnak Battle Shield) which makes it conveinent becuase you can get your hopes up or down ahead of time=P Havent gone father in than the BridgeKepper/Captain room so im not sure if this rule applies to other things too, but at least it does to those 3 very very nice drops.

I was in chardok yesterday and got a stave of shielding and a earing why isn't the SoS listed on his loot table?
