He also drops the Levitate potion

he pops on bank level (take a right instead of left at split to bank) next to a small watering hole and his ph is named "a sarnak underboss". Have taken him out 3 times and 1 drop was the bracer and the other 2 times he dropped a gay "vial of swirling mass" that has 10 charges of levitation. so not worth the effort to fight down and camp him. also the pop time in his area is 10 minutes. Chardok is full of different areas with different pop times
The time it took for the Underboss to die and the Foreman to spawn was about 20 minutes.
The normal corpse timer for the Underboss was 30 minutes. Foreman spawned at 10 minutes.

Anyone know where I can find this guy? He spawn by the other foreman on train central (aka the bridge)?
