A Kromzek Spy  

Tried to solo this guy with my 60 Wiz. First spell i tried was root...resist, but he tries to run at you, but he just slips on the ice and doesn't move anywhere. Tried snare and nukes...all resisted. Didn't know about the being in melee range for this guy. Got a friend to help with his EQ AM3 ranger. He just tore him apart from down the hall. Spy doesn't summon, but he will warp to different areas along the hall when he starts to run or if he runs into a wall. He dropped the head i needed and a Words of Virtue. Virtue drop was a nice bonus to my quest since it's a real nice research piece.

60 Wizard on Drinal

I duo'd this guy yesterday with me 65 War and my bot 60 Wiz I was at 35% when he died used Defense and had Wiz casting sunstrike till mana was gone.

Had NO Buffs besides self

I helped a friend of mine kill him last night. We were:
56 Cleric (me), 56 Ranger, 52 Beastlord, 51 Ranger, 62 Wizard, and 52 Druid.

Eveyone was buffed up as much as possible but only problem was we didn't have much of a tank so we let the BST pet tank him for about 2 minutes while the 56 ranger used his archery disc. The pet did fine. Out BST was trying to land slow over and over (he WAS in melee range) but wouldn't land. So eventually the Ranger had to go in and tank and so did the other melees. I started my CH when the ranger was at 56 and it never missed. Had the druid on backup heals and it wasn't a hard fight although I ended with 15m with max wisdom KEI and spiritual purity. Not bad for a Ranger one level higher than the mob and a 52 BST pet as tanks.

He doesn't hit as hard as I was expecting but I would recommend at least a 55 warrior to tank him cuz slow just has a very low chance of landing apparently.

Some facts

This dude has High resist. Nukes would not land until 20% life left. May have been earlier but Tears, Draughts and Lure where resisted as was the shaman spells the first 30 percent of life.

We could not root or snare it; you get a message that he is resistant to this spell

This dude was taken out with 55 Warrior, 51 Warrior, Shaman 53, Cleric 55 and Me 56 wizard.

We all melee because of the resist we got.

All casters had c3

The cleric did cast about 10 ch give or take during the battle. But never dropped below 60% mana

Everyone had Hero, Symbol and cleric shield. Along with all shaman buffs.

Anyway I know have Giant bane and am on my way to ding 60

Maybe this is the guy that you give the "Noble's Seal" to in order to continue the Collar of the Storm / Helssen's Prismatic Trinket / Girdle of Whatchamacallit quest?

Ran into this friendly little guy in SS... Conned indifferent my arse, hit me, I ran and he summoned me !!!

Would someone tell me what faction you need for SS? or if you Allies with the Coldain does that mean Skyshrine will not kill you either? (New to Skyshrine zone)

jeez, kinda hard to be a spy when your 30 feet tall. oh yeah so covert, look at me im a huge obese giant who rocks the ground every step i take, and guess what else? im a spy! nobody can detect me! im like a fly on the wall.

He would not stay invis and be a good spy if he aggroed everyone who had bad faction with Kromzek now would he.
