seeing as how befallen has become a sort of second home to me I can truly say that there havent been any npc elves in befallen for a while now...dark,half,wood or keebler...none

Anyone tried finding him? I think the Gms Took him out. They did alot of changing in befallen. So just to tell ya korsen is not in befallen anymore =)

Does he pop in the "Old Befallen" or the "New Befallen" with all the DE's?

I was a 36 bard and I camped the "old befallen" (Rodcet Nife)for about 3 hours and never saw him nor did I see him on track. I will camp the site more and see, but I am thinking that he will spawn in the "new befallen".
How does that work? The GM's change befallen on a whim or is there some in-game lore that affects the types of spawns?

it's no drop.
