Question: if i have the robes do i HAVE to give him the swords in order to get to the robe part to get the quill? i got the jagged diamond dagger off of renux, and i reallllly dont want to spend forever and a day camping kobolds...

He spawn'd at said loc at 10p.m. game time


My question is: what quest is the part he says after the turn in

i too tried to MQ this, turned in the kedge robe first with my necro, rogue tried to hand in next and Vilnius would not accept any robes and just gave them back. nice waste of time camping for kedge robe for npc to just keep it!

Ok is this part of the epic no longer MQable? been away a while. he took the kedge robe from the person who had and now wont take any of the others from the rogue

a brigand will despawn at 8 PM game time, Vilnius the Small will then spawn at 9 PM game time.

175, -6700 is where Vilinus stands at the top of the hill. the bandits that you have to kill are in the tents below his spawn point. they were all gray to a lvl 51 rogue.

Please no flames about killing a quest NPC. I had killed him in the past and forgot to get this information posted.

I think this guy's PH is a brigand when it's ontop of the hill near the bandit camp..killed by accident (sigh) and waited for it to respawn...took about 2 hours give or take maybe about 15 mins for one to show, but it was in the camp, so I decided to kill it again and wait. After about maybe 10 or 15 minutes a bunch of other brigands spawned in the camp really close to the same time (about 3 or 4 other brigands spawned in the bandit camp) ...killed them out of frustration...and their little bandit friends too...and one spawned on top of the hill! He spawned on the hill about 1pm gametime and despawned at around 8pm...

...and at about 9pm game time, Vilnius The Small spawned =) *shrugs* ok a little rambling-like.. but hope that might help someone out there..lol. Oh yeah, and when I did my turn in for the quill he despawned...and immediately respawned again. (I think that might've just been luck)

So far two people have killed his PH, both unknowingly and one being my Kedge MQ buddy. Tearing my hair out here at the prospect of not getting my friend epic'ed because people are too uneducated about the mobs they kill. Please, if you're reading this and your friends go to WK anytime soon for ANY REASON, LET THEM KNOW NOT TO KILL THE BRIGAND.

Ouch, 59 ranger here. A 56 enchanter and I were fooling around with the ogres neaby when this chap appeared. I hailed him and he gave me some lip about how he may be short but he could teach me a lesson if I screwed with him.
Ok, a challenge!! So I started laying into him (unbuffed too) and after 5 seconds I could see that I should have heeded his warning. The enchanter immediately got aggro trying to slow him and then got low hp aggro and died.
By this time about 90 seconds had gone by, he was at 61% and I was quickly dropping below 40%.
He hit for over 100 at times and also backstabbed for 148 multiple times while I was dancing around trying to regain aggro/heal the enchanter.
I decided to run for the Qeynos Hills zoneline since a trip to my bind point was not part of that days' schedule.
After the enchanter's corpse run we stuck around his hill for over 1 full game day but he never repopped. We also killed everything in sight while waiting. Maybe that messed up ph's or spawn times, dunno.
Anyways... if I can take him to 60% unbuffed, then with a buffed enchanter and the tiniest bit of preparation, he is as good as dead.
Next time we go after this backstabbing, pursesnatching, thieving, deviously two-faced rogue, I will buff myself to the teeth and have the enchanter runed and buffed. He will die again and again. Never again will he and I exist in the same zone without him going down. He is now on my official Shyt List, my list of KOS mobs.

came here to MQ the robe, im KoS so we brought a chanter... chanter Killed PH... whats the repop on Vilnius the Small (or PH)??

if i am KoS to arson and stanos will i be KoS to him?

I bumped into him on the way to Halas with my 54 barbarian warrior ~ he conned dark blue to me I did'nt know he was an epic mob, and thought what the hell! engaged my offensive disc and laid into him! Whelp as you'd expect he gave me 30secs of a whooping before I ran for it! I hit him for 171 - 238 - 110 - 183 and his health had'nt moved hehe by this time my health was 50%, think he is a static mob that does'nt summon because I panned around views as I ran and could'nt see him following me.

Trying to spawn him today by killing PH. A brigand was up first, NP 3 hits and dead. 2 bandit druids come running through his spawn point and stop, go somewhere else, then come back again. So i figure well maybe they are PH as well.Atk one and WTF... Hit it , hit it, hit it. Whats going on here? Finally kill it, added up the dmg i did to ONE of them mind you, 9609 dmg!!! Yes i did sit here and add up all my hits. His buddy running with him was the same way.Has this happend to anyone else? Can anyone explain?
Anyone know another way to spawn Him?

Any know how to make him spawn ???

I seen him last night, he con'd blue to me at lvl 52... I hit him with snare and he didn't do anything or come after me. So I hit him with snare again, lol, and still nothing. I hit him with root and he rooted. Then I hit him with Starfire (612dd) Didn't even mark him... (he resisted Ice twice) I kept hitting him with Starfire but no scratch... When he came unrooted, he came after me but not very far. I ran a little ways and turned around, he wasn't there. Went back to where I found him and he was back in place, till I got to close. (I lived thank Sow, lol) I don't know if he has a regen or what... He does hit hard though. (He didn't cast)

I went to West Karana with my Iksar warrior at level 20 and this guy conned indifferent to me. He was willing to offer me a rump bouncing. Since I really didn't want to find out what he ment I decided to go back to camping the bandits. He wouldn't lift a finger to help them. His place holder is A Brigand.
