Level ranges from green to lightblue @ 60. Occasionally blue but very rare. I have been farmin this guy and his brothers for cards for a while. Appx 11khp, nil regen (like 1hp a tick), max hits for 131ish (depending on level of incarnation), some proc a small dot. They do not summon and were easily killed by a root / nuke chanter. Have dropped pieces of Wow's, Squire and Knight cards for me. Hope this helps.

my God! this is the coolest place verant made. i need to find a way to adopt this as my home city and get great faction. a halfling controling it all, monkeys(which i love), and some of the stupidest stuff arround. what could be better?
